How Does the Mystery Shop Program Work?
An experienced shopper will be assigned to your venue/operation.
A custom plan of areas to focus on is determined by the owner/operator to ensure any trouble areas are included in the audit. The criteria identified are included in the pre-report.
A silent visit takes place as a customer. The shopper evaluates and monitors staffing and service habits, measure quality and timing, looks for integrity in how transactions are handled, assesses guest service and customer interaction, and appraises supervisor or manager actions.
If a specific area(s) of concern is known, the shopper concentrates more on that area(s).
Following the visit, the shopper prepares a detailed report including observations, scoring, recommendations and other criteria as discussed.
